before going into meta medicine i would like to invite you to take a look around you, become aware of yourself, your body from head to toe, from inside out, notice where in this world you are right now and become aware of your thoughts as you notice yourself ...
as you look up and up all the way to the sky and beyond to the end of this universe once again start to come closer, focus on the piece of earth right underneath your feet and the area immediately surrounding it , bend down, touch the earth and get even closer and become aware of all the organisms, plants, micro-organisms living right there
admire the perfection of nature, notice how even without going into the laws of nasture (eg sacred geometrie, fibonacci numbers or sound frequencies solfeggio) we know already how all is perfect, how nature adapts and always has done so.
although the procedure seems slow, the actual order or sequence is always the same:
crisis >> chaos >> quantum leap >> evolution
now why should it be that this planet’s most evolved species, the most intelligent of all organisms, i.e. the homo sapiens sapiens, the ‘person who knows that they know’ (we are actually the only species that is aware of our thinking), why should the body of such species make a mistake ???
we may over the time of this blog go into religious, spiritual, philosophical etc aspects to explore the reasons for ever beginning to think that dis-ease is a mistake but for now let’s just look at the scientific proof
it is now evident that
body and mind are connected
our beliefs create our wellbeing and switch on/off which genes are to be activated
our emotions vibrate at certain measurable frequencies and directly impact our
body cells
there was a time where we thought that the earth was flat, that earth was the centre of our universe, that man will never fly and that in fact ‘all had already been invented that could possible be invented’...
on his deathbed in 1895 louis pasteur said: the pathogen is nothig - the terrain is everything... but by then the ‘germ theory had already infused western medicine.
when the ‘emergency shelters’ (civil defence welfare centres) declared an ‘e-colli outbreak’ in the canterbury earthquakes do you really believe that there suddenly was more ‘e-colli’ bacteria present than anywhere else ?
when the newspapers announced over 100 people suffering from allopetia (sudden hair loss) did nobody else make the connection to ‘what else had been happening’ ?
a recent newspaper article announces a mother who had decided to donate one kidney to her daughter, only to find out that she (mother) had also developed breast cancer
do you read on top of these news or do you notice that there may be a connection, that one may have lead to the other ?
while the amputation of someone’s leg that was stuck underneath crumbled parts of earthquake struck buildings is absolute necessity to ensure this person’s survival, and while bone setting, surgery and similar procedures absolutely have their place in the healing of a person
all drugs and chemical interventions are to be carefully discerned, their side effects and counter-indications examined or ‘google-d’ and even in case of supplements we need to start asking ‘why’ is it that your body has stopped producing or intaking those supplements in the first place ?
which leads us to the wonderful, revolutionary and absolutely ground breaking methodology of

in meta medicine we know that every disease has two phases, the cold ‘stress’ phase and the warm ‘regeneration’ phase.
we know that in the midst of the ‘regeneration phase’ our organism practises once more whether we really have resolved and differently understood the original shock and gives us a ‘test’, a healing crisis, where we experience the same symptoms (stress, cold body, sleeplessness, no appetite etc) all over again for a short moment
